Return & Shipping Policy

To ensure the upmost satisfaction for our customers, we're happy to accept returns. We want you to love your items! 

Please feel free to review our return criteria: 

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from date of delivery 
• All items must be returned with receipt, original tags and packaging 
• All items must be unworn, unused and unwashed 
• All bodysuits and swimwear are final sale 

If your return meets the above criteria, please note the following process: 

• Email orders@bellagemelli.com with your order number to notify us of your return 
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer  
• Please mail all returns to 7508 ME CAD Blvd, Suite A, Clarkston MI 48348
• Your return will be processed to your original form of payment 

Exchanges: 

Please follow the above steps in order to return your item. Once your return is processed, please place your order again with your desired exchange item/size.

Shipping: 

Please allow up to 1-3 business days in order to process your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package. Bella Gemelli, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Should you have a special shipping request or timeframe, please reach out to us at the email below and we will do our best to accommodate!
